Founded in 1999 as an affiliate of the Environment Agency Abu Dhabi, the ADFH has grown to become the world’s largest facility of its kind, providing comprehensive veterinary care to majestic falcons and various bird species. With a remarkable track record of treating over 50,000 falcons, it has earned a stellar reputation in the field of falcon medicine and research.

A highlight of this falcon tour is the visit to the falconry museum, housing an impressive collection of artifacts that shed light on the history of falconry in the UAE. Another captivating feature is the free-flight aviary, offering excellent photo opportunities with falcons set against a stunning backdrop.

The hospital’s facilities are equally intriguing, boasting examination rooms, operating theaters, an ophthalmology unit, and treatment wards capable of accommodating over 200 patients. You’ll even encounter a VIP-style pet care center for dogs and cats. Most notably, the ADFH operates an animal shelter approved by the Abu Dhabi Government.

Transfers (if chosen) are available from specific areas within Abu Dhabi city center only.
Pick-up from areas other than Abu Dhabi Hotels / Residences will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
This Tour does not operate on Fridays / Saturdays and on Public Holidays.
