Important Information

• Our team will send you a confirmation along with the voucher, which you should carry with you.
• If you don’t receive it from our team within 24 hours, please contact our customer support.
• When you arrive, bring your original passport or Emirates ID for identification.
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women.
• No prior experience is needed; it’s open to everyone.
• For safety, children under 6 years old cannot join this activity.
• The driver must be at least 16 years old.
• We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that can get a little wet if needed, such as waterproof clothes or swimwear (some tours include swimming).
• Refunds are not provided for partially used services. If a guest doesn’t show up at the specified tour start time, the service provider reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee.
• The date and time are subject to availability.

Tour Exclusions

• All personal expenses that are spent for shopping, drinks, dining, etc on-site during the tour.

Age-Related Policies

• Children under 6 years and below 120 cm will not be allowed for this activity.
• All children under 12 years must be accompanied by a participating adult of 18 years and above.
