Ride-hailing service starts promotion

The month of March proved a special one for adventure seekers and desert lovers in Qatar as Careem, the region’s leading ride-hailing service, collaborated with 365 Adventures, a Doha-based tour operator dedicated to making Qatar the next tourist hotspot, to offer an unforgettable experience for its customers in the enchanting setting of Qatar’s desert.
As part of the collaboration, Careem customers were able to book a unique desert safari tour through the Careem app at an unbeatable price of QR590 for a total of 5 guests. Valid throughout the month of March, customers were able to take advantage of the exclusive offer by simply selecting ‘Adventure’ car type on the Careem app and entering their preferred date and time.

“Careem is committed to empowering local communities and supporting local entrepreneurs everywhere we operate, and our collaboration with 365 Adventures formed part of our efforts to bring more value and benefits to our customers in Qatar,” said Ibrahim Manna, General Manager Emerging Markets. “As a country blessed with abundant natural beauty and a rich history and culture, Qatar has enormous tourism potential which remains largely untapped. Careem is keen to work towards enhancing Qatar’s image as a tourism destination by teaming up with innovative local players such as 365 Adventures who share our dedication to putting Qatar on the tourism map.”
