COVID-19 SOPs for Resuming Operations

Kayaking

  • All equipment, tents, toilets, etc to be sanitised before and after each trip
  • Disinfecting guidelines to be according to CDC, WHO, EPA, MOPH compliant i.e using shower / mist of 0.1% solution of Sodium Hypochlorite followed by shower of minimum 70% alcohol solution.
  • All staff to have green code on Ehterez App
  • All staff to be wearing masks and gloves at all times
  • All customers to show green code on Ehteraz App. Right to refuse service if no app or not green
  • Guests wear masks and gloves. Right to refuse service if no mask or gloves
  • Minimum requirement for masks is N95 masks, surgical masks or similar
  • Staff to change gloves before and after each trip
  • Guests are advised to bring extra gloves and change after the trip before getting into their own vehicle.
  • Extra gloves to be provided
  • Max 5 pax per trip
  • Each customer on their own Kayak
  • Staff not to have any form of physical contact with guests. I.e handshake, assistance with wearing a life jacket, etc. Exception: Assisting to get in and out of kayak, if fallen in water, if absolutely necessary
  • All staff to keep at least 1.5m distance with customers at all times
  • Hand sanitiser available at all times. Must have at least 70% alcohol
  • Hand wash and soap available at all times
  • No cash transactions. POS machines will be available on site for CREDIT or DEBIT cards 

Dhow Boat
