Day 01

Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Muscat

Day 02

At 09:00 AM, receive a briefing and collect your 4WD vehicle. Visit the Grand Mosque (appropriate dress code required) and the Bait Al Zubair Museum for a peak into Oman’s history. Drive along the Corniche waterfront and visit the Fish Market. In the afternoon, have a photo stop at the impressive Al Alam Palace and explore the Muttrah Souq.

Day 03

Begin your day with an 08:00 AM visit to the Seeb Fish Souq by the sea. Drive through date palm plantations to Nakhl, where a sparkling spring and Fort await. Proceed to the charming Wakan Village known for its fruit terrace farming. Discover Wadi Abyad, characterized by white sedimentation and small pools of water in the wadi bed. Overnight stay at Millennium Resort Mussanah. Distance covered: 400 km.

Day 04

Depart from Al Nahda and head North to Al Awabi, then to Wadi Bani Auf. This adventurous stretch of road involves steep bends and bumpy paths. Visit the picturesque mountain village of Bilad Sayt and continue to Al Hamra, renowned for its date plantations. Explore the ruined village of Tanuf before checking into your hotel.

Day 05

Continue to Wadi Bani Khalid, a mountainous area with pretty villages and clear blue water. Overnight at Sur Plaza hotel. Distance covered: 460 km.

Day 07

Visit the fish jetty, dhow factory, and Sanseela Fort. Drive along the coastal road back to Muscat, stopping at Fins Beach for a swim. Explore the Bimah Sinkhole with its blue-green water. Take an off road track to Wadi Arbayeen in Dibab, known for date palms and deep pools. Overnight at your chosen Muscat hotel. Distance covered: 300 km.
