Important Information

• Before your flight, the waiver form must be completed and submitted online at least 24 hours in advance.
• Please ensure you carry a valid ID (such as a passport or government ID) with you, as passengers without valid ID will not be permitted to fly.
• Transfers are available from several locations: Dubai Marina Mall, Burjuman Mall, Deira City Centre, and Dubai Outlet Mall.
• Weight eligibility criteria: The maximum weight allowed is 119 kg.
• The maximum capacity for the Hot Air Balloon is 10-28 passengers.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to fly.
• Children under 5 years of age and anyone over 85 years of age will not be permitted to fly. However, the pilot has full authority to make eligibility decisions for any passenger.
• Flying under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Individuals with serious heart problems, serious knee or back pain, recent major surgery (within the last 6 months), and those suffering from height phobia are not recommended for this activity.
• Passengers with mental health, emotional, or physical disabilities are not allowed to participate. A mandatory declaration confirming the absence of the mentioned problems is required from all passengers.
• Sharing transfer pick-up/drop-off timings may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and your location.
• Private transportation from remote areas will incur an extra charge, and our operations team will inform you in advance.

• Video recording of the flight and the Event Banner on the basket is available as an add-on option at an extra cost.
